| - I received an email from BR with an exclusive 40% for card member on full priced items, NO exclusions (see attached image).
When I got to this store, I found an older sales associate (i think she was middle eastern) with a heavy accent that I could hardly understand. I asked her if she could help me find something, and she seemed annoyed. I showed her a picture of a hat that I was looking for, she found it for me, i found that it was full priced. i told her that I wanted to use the card member promotion, she tells me that it does not apply, and then starts to mumble incoherently about the promotions at the store. I told her that the email said "no exclusions", she raises her voice and tells me, "WELL THIS IS WHAT I'M TELLING YOU!"
I then ask her to check with the front if it would work, and she seems pissed but goes to the front, after about 20 seconds she comes back and tells me that it doesn't work.
I decided to leave and go to the fashion show mall BR. Sure enough, they told me that it does work and I was able to get 40% off of the exact same item that the crazy lady at the Venetian location refused to give me.
I hope corporate pays attention to this, and they can probably figure out who it was that helped me. It was on 4/22/15 around 3:00pm. That lady needs to get fired, as she is rude and unwilling to help.
