This is absolutely the worst airline. This deservers MINUS 5 stars if there ever was such a rating. I only fly this airline for non stop flights but have become so fed up with the bad service, that I have decided never to fly this unless no other airline flies to my destination.
Recent issue I had was in early July. I was in Baltimore airport to fly to Phoenix. They took the last flight which I was to board and gave it to the people who were waiting for the prior flight. They did not inform people who were waiting about the cancellation. The agents at the gate were so rude. They chose who to put on the standby list. One of the agents - Swarup H - was so bad, that he threatened to not rebook me unless I stopped asking him for flight options to get to Phoenix. Another lady at the gate did not know how to use the reservation system.
On a flight to the middle East, they charged me $100 for the second bag even though on their baggage policy it clearly states that there are no baggage charges.
Their agents treat the customers as their enemies. I guess that's why they keep acquiring other companies because on their own, they wont have any customers left.
