  • Horrible experience!! I waited to speak w/a Manager (she was on a 30min break), when she returned I was told I had to wait for a family and another couple to get their passport photos taken first (even though I was waiting before them for over an hour). I was told I could exchange so shop for the things I wanted in the meantime (~$50 I lost the receipt but bought on points). She looks on the back end (another 20mins) to come back to tell me NO. I waited for a total of 2 hours from beginning to end!!! I have never cried in five years, but because this business didn't know their policies and WASTED my time, just to say NO, was beyond frustrating!! They did NOTHING to rectify the situation! They wouldn't even call another store for me to see if the policy was different when I requested they help since I patiently waited this long... I was beyond livid as this is very far from my house!! On top of that, there was only one cashier for a lineup of 10+ppl at all times... dunno why ppl would shop here, I know I would never return! Cosmetic dept looks like a Halloween nightmare. 0 stars for this location!
