  • I love Blooming Beets!! I've been a regular in Boulder and now that I've moved, I was so happy to visit the new Chandler location. The atmosphere is fantastic: airy and unpretentious, the people here (both customers and staff) care about health and nutrition, while the food manages to be a true gourmet delight: the citrus beet bisque is light and refreshing, the salmon and its sides are a favorite of mine, and the lava cake is a must. I'm not paleo and am lucky not to need to restrict my diet for any health reasons, I actually just go because I love the food: it's such a bonus that it always makes me feel better. The quality of ingredients is a treasure to find in America. Bravo!! Bon appetit!!
