rev:text	I loved everything about this place! I usually get cheap facials or buy groupons, but on the recommendation of a friend, I tried Hand & Stone in Richmond Hill today. When I called, the receptionist was friendly, professional, patient, and informative. When I got there, they were again very professional. My aesthetician's name was Natalie, and she was VERY friendly and knowledgable about skin. She took the time to discuss my skin concerns in detail. During the actual facial (I got the detox facial which includes a chemical peel), she must have used 4-6 different products on me, maybe even more. When she extracted the blackheads, she definitely knew what she was doing and did not push my skin too hard, it barely hurt. I came out with the cleanest, softest skin I have EVER had. She even gave me samples of products to try. One thing I loved about this place is that they were not pushy at all. Almost always, whenever I go to get a haircut, threading, facial, anything - the person always tries to convince me that I NEED some additional service or product. You can tell that these people are trying to inflate your bill. But Natalie did not do this at all, and when I said no to something she did not try to convince me. This makes me want to come back here and try new services and products from Hand & Stone. I was very, very pleased with this service, the people, and the quality of everything. I'll definitely be a return customer for SURE. It is completely worth paying a little bit extra (as compared to Groupon deals), because I know I will get great service and a relaxing experience.
