  • My husband and I visited the store last night and although we went in for cat food we ended up purchasing a veiled chameleon and everything to build it a new home! The customer service was amazing!!! Tony was very knowledgeable! My husband and I have owned lizards for years and usually when we go to these stores the associates do not know what they're talking about and just want us to spend money! Tony actually cares about the pets and I love that! He gave us his opinions and we went with what he thought was best! We then found out he was off for the night yet he still stayed around and answered our questions! We appreciated that! Next came Kenya who was also amazing!! I told her how great Tony was and she agreed and talked so good about him--I loved that! She also knew what she was talking about when it came to the lizzies! She educated me on the use of foggers and we will be purchasing that next pay check and this is the store I will go to for now on even though there is a petco around the corner from our house! Kenya also won me over by asking for us to bring a photo of our Lizzie in its new home because she likes to see them doing well and having nice homes!! Love love love!!!! Thank you Tony and Kenya!!! We will see you soon!!!
