My boyfriend and I placed an order online for delivery from KAWA sushi and we did not hear from them for over an hour and 20 minutes. When we called in they put us on hold for 20 minutes and said that it was coming. We had to call them a second time to confirm and they told us the order wasn't on the way yet. The most they could do after 1. misleading us and 2. making our party wait for almost 2 hours was offer 15 % off which is ridiculous given the wait time and poor and rude service over the telephone.
Overall this was a really bad experience and I would not recommend (at least delivery and pickup)
