  • This review is based on their collectors. They took over Fitness Forum (a longtime family owned joint). I cancelled my membership with Fitness Forum over a year ago. I didn't notice they were still charging me. When I called to ask them about it, they advised me to file a claim with my bank and apologized for the inconvenience. Fast forward to 3 months ago when I started receiving harassing phone calls from 800.897.6877 and letters saying I owe for a month's membership for Anytime Fitness, a gym I've never even stepped foot into. I cancelled Fitness Forum because I was doing a lot of travelling - now that I am in the market to join another gym I can safely say that Anytime Fitness will not be considered. What a bummer that such a friendly gym is now just another big box chain here in my hometown. :(
