| - Almost all chiropractors know what they are doing. However, what one is looking for in the reviews for chiropractors is how the customer service is. Well, this is my experience. I wound up coming to this place based on a promotion for a complimentary consultation (which I didn't realize was only for a consultation and not for a treatment, but that is not even my point here). I showed up on time for a 9am appointment, quickly filled out the form, and then Dr. Dickerson, the chiropractor himself, said to wait a couple of minutes until he would be ready for me. Meanwhile, he took care of a patient that showed up for a short time, and then when ready to tend to the next patient, he told me "Young man, I will be with you shortly". Meanwhile, after a few minutes, he immediately tended to a third patient. It was almost 9:30 when the secretary showed up. I told her how it wasn't right to be kept waiting like this, and that the doctor did not act professionally, and I then left (and took back the paper that I filled out). The bottom line is, if such a professional doesn't act professionally, and doesn't have respect for even potential customers or for their time, then he doesn't deserve people's business. There are many other chiropractors in this big city of Phoenix, some whom I am sure treat anyone who walks in the door with more respect for them and their time than this chiropractor.
