Pros: I've been going to this place for a while and enjoy the classes such as the body works plus abs, boot camp and cycling. The instructors I've seen so far are well experienced with leading the class and making it fun. They have the racquet ball courts and basketball court. A smoothie bar is available.
Cons: I wish they would update more of the machines and the TVs. The weights, floor and mats reek of sweaty residue and some of the mats are torn. I used to see a foam roller but I think that disappeared? They have their usual swimming pools with windows for the entire gym to see.
Overall, it's a mediocre gym for this location. Needs refurbishing.
