  • Unbelievably POOR service - will NEVER return! Took my daughter to watch a movie at 12:00pm on 5/17/18 and this was my experience: Bought the tickets, no issues. Walk in and stand in line at the concession stand (only 1 person in line in front of me). It seriously took the girl behind the counter 8 minutes to get the lady in front of me a soda, popcorn and candy. Have NO idea why it took so long - didn't have to make the popcorn, soda came out fine and the candy was good to go. When I was finally up to order I ordered a hotdog, Icee, popcorn, dipping dots, and a beer. The girl working behind the stand stated she was to young to get my beer (which was fine and totally understand). The girl went to get the manager. When the manager finally came out to pour the beer I had to be rung up on a different register. I attempted to give the manager (think her name was Kate, Katie, Kathy or something like that). As I attempted to tell her about my experience on how I had waited nearly 10 minutes to order she TOTALLY blew me off and didn't care. I asked, your the manager right? She stated she was. I asked "as a manager, don't you think you should care about guest or customer service?" She stated she's sorry but has to cut back on payroll. I paid close to $50 for the daddy daughter movie experience!!! Are you kidding me?! NO ONE WAS EVEN AT THE MOVIES!! We go into our movie and the popcorn wasn't hot nor was the hot dog!! The icee was more liquid than icee. Just a TERRIBLE overall experience!! NEVER AGAIN!!!
