  • I wanted to find a chicken schwarma / hummus place closer to phoenix, seems that all the good ones like haji babas are in Tempe. So we went here, the emphasis is mostly on the market. The eating area is typically small, and the tables were a bit dirty. You order your food at the window and pick it up. Overall the food was pretty good but I didn't like the thin pita bread compared to typical pita. The schwarma and rice were good. The hummus was ok. I wish they had a plate that offered, schwarma, rice and hummus. I had to order a full size side of hummus to try it out. There are no fountain drinks and only salt and pepper on the tables. I was dying for some Sri Racha aka rooster sauce but they don't have any available. My friends each ordered the boiled lamb and they loved it. I would give this restaurant 3.5 stars.
