rev:text	If it were possible to give 0 stars I would.... I use to bring my white Boxer here and never had any problems although the service was just Basically a bath and nail trim because he had short hair. My Boxer recently passed and I now have a Schnauzer. I took him here against my better judgment after reading all of the horrible reviews and needless to say I am NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER. My significant other took my dog to his Appointment this morning and I am beyond mortified.... Upon dropping him off he explained to the lady what he wanted and also showed her pictures. The lady talked him out of going "Short" on top for whatever reason and did a complete Botch job on my dog....First and for most if you are in the Business of "Service" this means you are working for whoever walks in your door and Pays you for a service. What I really think is that you don't want to cut (Short) so that your customers have to come back sooner.... I am completely Disappointed In not only my dogs Horrific Hair cut that he now has to walk around with until It grows out, but also the Lack or Respect and Customer Service.... My significant other even went back to the shop after finding out I was unhappy and they told him that if we want "Short" we need to take our business elsewhere so that is exactly what we will be doing. I will not be going back to this place and quite honestly hope they go out of Business... I have attached pictures of what he should look like verse what we got.... Obviously the Nicer cut is NOT what was done at Fury Beginnings....
