  • The food truck revolution has been sweeping the country. Food trucks are no longer the working man's roach coach that they were once thought to be. Food Truck Friday is a great place to check out a sampling of Charlotte's food truck scene. These trucks are dishing out eats that range from high-class fare to down-home delish. There is something for everyone! Come early to avoid the parking woes and crowds. The lines get unbearably long after 6:30pm... Sometimes 60-90 minutes long! Many trucks accept credit (thanks, Square!) but bring cash to be on the safe side. Check out the weekly line up on their Facebook page.
