This was the only part of the Vdara that I wasn't impressed with.
Located on the 3rd floor of the hotel, it is only open until 7 pm which really is disappointing.
That being said, we came here around 4 or 5 to swim and have a late lunch. My purse was searched upon arrival ( for glass bottles I was told )
After that we got our towels and was told to pick chairs ( white was complimentary, blue was paid areas )
It was pretty packed, but we did manage to find a few chaise lounge chairs together. The waitress was snotty and when we asked about menus she snapped that the kitchen was closed. We were not offered drinks.
The pool itself is not very large, and I could only see one ( compared to the Venetian where there are many different pools to chose from )
My husband went for a quick swim, but it was crowded so it didn't last long. Shortly after that we left.
