  • Once per year I bring my E350 in the shop for oil change and multi point inspection. James Hager, the new service adviser assigned to me was great! He explained in detail what has to be replaced without talking down to me because I am a woman.( I had this experience before at this location, with another service adviser) James was courteous, super friendly and took time to answer all my questions. Didn't talk me in to anything but respected my decision. I will now be able to bring my vehicle back for the needed repair. James is a 5 Star performer and an asset to your business.
