  • WORST TIRE EXPERIENCE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE! Had the worst experience buying tires here. I called and talked to Lorenzo and told him I wanted to see if he could match or hopefully beat a specific tire that I got quoted from discount tire the other day. The tire was a kumho solus KL21. He quotes me a price $50 cheaper then discount and tells me they will be in "the next day"(his motto). 3 days later i drop my car off and when I pick it up, it has kumho solus KH16's on it. Ya, he decided to put different tires on without my consent. Never heard of a tire company doing that! When questioned, Lorenzo tells us that the KL21's are being discontinued. So he chose the KH16's instead. A CHEAPER TIRE! That's how he beat discount tires price. Then we contact kumho and they tell us the KH16's are the ones being discontinued(the tires he put on the car), NOT the KL21's that I originally wanted. Yep, Lorenzo lied right to our face. In the end, he ended up getting the KL21's that I originally wanted, after many threats of taking him to small claims court! This place is dishonest! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I'm going back to discount tire, who have been my tire guys for many years, and I've never had a problem. Big mistake giving these guys a chance to gain a new customer. And when Lorenzo says your tires will be in the next day, in his language that translates to 3-5 days. Beware of this guys business tactics. He is the king of "misunderstanding ". In his mind, we are the unruly customers who caused all the confusion. YEAH RIGHT! Don't lie straight to people's faces and be more clear on what tire the customer is receiving and when it will be there.
