I'm going to give Jet Blue one star because Jet Blue employee "Edward" who worked at Las Vegas, McCarran International Airport on April 9, 2018 and at Gate E10 Flight 1179. I heard Edward who was working the gate put out a public announcement for "revenue passengers" without a seat to come up to the podium and get a seat. When I went to the podium to ask Edward for an aisle or window seat, he lied and said, "it's a full and sold out flight and all seats are taken." I then asked him if anyone is willing to change seats with me and he replied, "no one is willing to change seats with you and I'm not even going to ask!" Im not sure why he was so abrasive but I'm sure he denied me an aisle or window seat because I'm African-American. It's ok Edward. I will be making a formal complaint against you when I return home back to Long Beach. God bless you.
