We have been bringing 2 pups here for a few days of "camp" for a few months. I feel that the staff is very caring and is usually genuinely excited to see my girls when they visit. The owner, Heather, is great too. She gets to know clients/owners and is very responsive to communication. I really like that they have cameras so you can check in on the pups. It also gives a sense of accountability to staff. It's fun to see them playing with friends or just lounging about.
The price is good for the area. They did recently raise prices a bit but gave plenty of warning before doing so and honored all packages after the rate increase. Still, when you buy a package, the rate is typically cheaper than other places in the valley. I like that dogs are required to go for an "interview" day before they are allowed to come for boarding or daycare. It's a free day which is also appreciated. They can share records with other franchises of CBW so if you travel, your dog can go to another camp with little hassle.
My only suggestion is that the staff be a bit more vigilant to "mounters" at camp. Some days I see certain dogs mounting everything in sight which appears to annoy the other dogs and gets the dogs dirty.
Overall, my dogs cannot wait to get to camp when we go and sleep so soundly afterwards. That's all the review I need!
