  • I have good experiences and massages at this salon, however the massages never go the full time that they are supposed to. I always get there early and still end up having 10-12 minutes cut off of the time that I pay for and schedule. It also should be known to the masseuses that they shouldn't be trying to have conversations during a massage. It's supposed to be a time for relaxation not socializing. The main reason for the low rating is how difficult and almost impossible it is to make an appointment. The phone is almost never answered and I have to call for days before someone picks up and I can make an appointment. They have never returned the messages I leave or reach out to me when I try to call. Online reservations are possible but I don't want to create an entire account or have to deal with their website. Wouldn't recommend this spa/salon.
