  • Customer service is a joke! I've been trying to reschedule an open blanket for a deferent date, but they keep transferring my call to some spa. Not only that but when they pick up the phone I can here them giggling and talking amongst themselves and are clearly not paying attention to what I am trying explain... disgusting to say the least.
