I can start with saying that this is by far the place I have eaten out most times for dinner over the last few years. I wouldn't do that if I didn't love it! Giving it 5 stars is a bit nice of me, and it is to be honest close to 4 stars. But I'll go with the 5 stars for now :)
I would recommend going for the "all you can eat" option. Especially if you are at least two persons since you then can order different things and share (if you don't like sharing you suck). For me sharing the different rolls and talk about them as we eat is a good experience. I will recommend starting with a Screaming O(rgasme) and some Edamame. Of the rolls there are several good ones: Orange Blossom, Sexy Roll and the Baked Salmon Roll are among my favorites. And you have to get the tuna pieces in AJ sauce. They do have things that are not typical Japanese on their menu. I wouldn't recommend those to be honest. This is a sushi restaurant!
I will keep coming back here for sure!
