Went here to purchase headphones and I asked the gentleman in the front to have someone help me. He suggested I go over to the headphones section as there should be an associate there who can help me. After 10 minutes of standing there, still to no sign of anyone. Went back to the gentleman who then directed me to another man in another section. Went to him who directed me to another person, went to that person and waited 10 more minutes who said he can't help me. At this point I saw an employee nearby the headphones section so I walked to her and that's when everything went even more downhill. I asked her if she could help me and she replied "no", like just a simple no and nothing else. I probed further explaining I was sent around a few persons and if she could get me someone who can help me then. She replied no you can just wait here in this section there should be someone working here. Then she walked away from me! I stormed right back to the gentleman in the front of the store and that's when my pregnancy hormones became enraged, I calmly informed him I was sent around to 4 different staff and the last lady was so rude to me, how did she get this job with such poor customer service and attitude!?!? Gentleman knew how pissedddddd I am and immediately he personally got me an associate to finally help me. All this and I didn't ask to speak to the store manager to complain because it was around Christmas time and I didn't want to create trouble for the rude lady. I'm never someone who complains but this definitely will have no to not shop at this location moving forward.
