  • Very bad experience at this place. When I found out I was pregnant I made an appointment at this place because it was convenient and very close to my house. The place is dirty, the restrooms are very dirty and the staff is very unprofessional. They stopped taking my insurance and they did not bother telling me that. So I get to the appointment and they tell me I cannot be seen by the doctor because they stopped taking my primary insurance and based on that won't accept my secondary one... which is actually better than my first one... Anyway, the front desk employee tells me this and I ask why. She did not have an answer for me so she goes to talk to her supervisor. She comes back and tells me again that it is because they stopped working with my primary insurance. I ask for a supervisor and she says "No need, she will tell you exactly the same i told you"... At this point I started crying... They do not care about their patients... they did not care that I was desperate to see the doctor I made an appointment with 2 months pervious.. and they did not care that a couple of weeks prior to this appointment I had to go tho the ER with bleeding... And they did not care that I was terrified and just wanted to know my baby was ok. I asked for some explanation and they said they left me a voicemail the previous business day saying my appointment was cancelled. THAT IS A HUGE LIE! I still have the voicemail from the previous business day, TO CONFIRM MY APPOINTMENT! The situation was extremely stressful for me at my first pregnancy. I totally will not recommend this place to anybody. I found a better place, much cleaner and where the front desk staff is actually very nice-this small detail makes a huge difference.
