Here is a very happy update.
It seems like one of the staff member of the office at Dr. Shea wasn't really doing her job and since she was sepoused to do the customer service she caused the office a lot of trouble by not really taking care of customer and telling her bosses she's doing her job.
For me when I am calling the office and the woman was supposed to take care of the customer service saying she's gonna call me back and never called back made me very nervous and upset. I would like you guys to know that I tried calling the office today and they have a new management who felt so bad for me and without even questioning gave me my money back even offer for me to come to do a treatment will make my skin better complementary.
I feel bad because I was so upset and my review was really bad but sometimes one bad employee can ruin the good name of the business.
At the beginning I wanted to cancel my review because I didn't want to cause no harm for a business really approach to me and trying to fix a problem that can happen but I realize I want you all to know that even though sometimes things happen it's very good when the management trying to help you as much as they can and it says a lot .
at the end all I've wanted is to know that nobody treat my money like a joke and the new management of the office tried their best to find me this solution I am looking for and I appreciate that very much.
