My husband had been wanting to get another tattoo for awhile now, so when better to go than when you've visiting Las Vegas? We love the show Ink Masters and knew that Walter "Sausage" Frank and Joey Hamilton had opened Revolt Tattoos. On a whim we called the shop and found another artist there that could help us, Eric Bush. We knew anyone that worked there had to be good or they wouldn't have hired them in the first place. We were thrilled to see both Joey and Sausage working when we walked in. It was hard not to stare too much as we're big fans. LOL They were both busy, so we kept our distance out of respect. Eric did a wonderful job on my husband's tattoo (Rush album cover). The shop is very nice, the staff are so helpful and kind and it's fun just walking around looking at the art on the wall or watching their HUGE big screen television.
Just before my husband started to get his tattoo, I noticed Sausage was taking a break between tattoos, so I went over to ask if I could shake his hand and to tell him I was a big fan of his work. He smiled and immediately got up to shake my hand and just started talking. He asked why I was there and I pointed out my husband and explained about his tattoo. He went over to talk with him, which was a thrill for my husband as well. :-) It was wonderful to see that he was just as nice in person as he was on Ink Master. What a wonderful experience both for my husband, who now has a permanent reminder, and even myself.
