Customer Service+++
I work in Customer Service myself and this is exactly the type of behavior that exemplifies FANTASTIC customer service!
I bought a bouquet of flowers for Easter and picked it up 10AM Saturday morning. By 10PM that night the lilies in the bouquet had basically wilted and died. I called the shop Easter Sunday morning (knowing that they were closed for Easter) and left a message basically telling them what happened and could they please call me Monday to discuss.
An hour later Robert called to discuss. Robert was very sincere and apologetic and within 2 hours of me placing my initial call - Robert had dropped off a replacement bouquet and an extra Easter Lily; again with his most sincere apologies!
This was a guy totally focused on making sure the customer was left with a positive impression and I am SO impressed with Flowers of the Field.
Thanks again Robert for taking time out of your Easter Sunday to make a customer happy. You guys have my business from now on!
