  • I came in for an oil change which was scheduled at 1015 but came about 15 minutes early bc I didn't know where this place was located, well they took the car right away, and said the wait would be about an hour and a half, what's the point of an appt if I have to wait so long, well,an hour and a half has already gone bye and it's going on 2 hours, I asked if my car was ready and the guy told me it was being washed, that was 30 minutes ago, I know they aren't detailing it so what's the issue, no one has come out and let me know the status of me vehicle.. I won't be coming back to this Nissan dealer..
