  • Manager Bill at the rainbow and warm Springs location was extremely helpful and even though the store was extremely busy he was very attentive to all my needs and fixing our phones and bills to an affordable cost. I felt very comfortable in the store they even offered us a stool to sit on seeing they saw someone in our party had crutches and was having a difficult time standing. They were very kind and took all the time that was needed without complaining to fix each issue on our phones. Will never go to the sprint on Las Vegas Blvd. again I rather drive to this newer store and leave happy enjoying the staff and how knowledgeable they are
