  • This location has some of the worst customer service I've ever had. I went during my 30 minute break with about 5 people ahead of me in line and ONLY ordered a ham&swiss sandwich. It took them 25 minutes to get me the sandwich even after I asked them multiple times if they it was almost ready and they kept saying it was. I refuse to go to this Starbucks again. Since when does it take 25 minutes to heat up a sandwich? And whatever happened to apologizing for the wait? These employees need to reevaluate their customer service skills and how to balance making drinks and tending to someone who only ordered food.
