  • Bad service and rude from an attitude waitress, big fat long hair asian, Jennifer (I believe that is her name). She only took orders and never came checked on us. We were eating and enjoying our food with our companies - not loud, not picky, or being a trouble maker. Other two severs, a young boy and a young girl, are great through - taking care of drinks and emtry plates away with great customer service. Food is all right. After we ordered the 2nd round, the attitude fat asian server, she came and said ''oh you know the policy right! (Look at my friend) yeah, you know. We charge for left over" Then walked away! We were looking at each other like, "what was that!" But we did not think it was a big deal. After the 2nd round of food were served, we were eating. Then she stopped for the second time and said, "you must eat all of rice too!" Then walked away. What?!?! Really!!!, she needed to do that again. We did not ask your policy or had a lot of food on the plate! Now, we felt like she hated us for a reason as we were specificlly threaten to charge more. FYI: we finished the 1st set of order and were still eating our 2nd round of food. It is normal that some rice or ingredients were dropped on the plate as some sushi is loose or too big to the mouth. We did not have bunch of rice or food left over in the plate neither. We have been eating all you can eat sushi at many restuarants in Las Vegas and many cities for years and never had a server came and thread us in my whole life. This was a wow... She might be a manager or partner so she has a ball to say that to us. It is very rude and inappropriate!! If she would charge me for a piece of rice, go head and I don't mind to pay. If I don't have money to spend, i wouldn't go there and eat at your restaurant. Don't need to be attitude and thread a customer like this! So unprofessional and lack of customer service.
