I have to rate the store 1 star because of my last issue with them. I purchased some fish from there fish dept. It was pre wrapped from the fresh fish section and in their cooler .When I got home the smell coming from the bag was unreal! The fish was bad, the date on the package was good and so it was back to the store to return it. I was told by the customer service girl to not buy the pre packaged fish. I would have better "luck" if I purchased it from the fresh fish counter! "Better luck" are you for real Sobeys!!! I emailed the Sobeys customer service and heard nothing.
Other issues
1. Purchased organic milk that was a week and a half pasted the due date. Emailed the milk company and they were flabbergasted!
2. Produce that goes rotten on the second day at home.
3. Check out staff that ignore you when you say "good morning/afternoon"
4. I asked a staff member where I might find something and his response was "I have no idea" I then asked who may "have an idea" his response "nope" and he continued on.
Well good thing a Metro is opening just around the corner........good bye Sobeys!!
