My husband and I booked a couples massage on January 14th, 2017. The spa and massage experience were incredible, the front desk was a nightmare. The masseuses were very accommodating and did a great job. We loved the spa/message, but our relaxed experience quickly turned into a stressful and unhappy ending when we left to pay. The women at the front desk were not happy to help us, and were rude in many ways. Since we used a groupon, the total was different than the statement, so I was confused and asked questions, which made them very frustrated. They also refused to show us menus when checking in. When I wrote the wrong balance on the receipt, the woman rolled her eyes and breathed heavily and meanly yelled "have a nice day!" while looking down and making it very obvious that she was crossing out the total. Our appointment was at 11 that day so who ever was working that time has no idea how to treat customers (spending over $200 for 1 hour) at a spa.
