Well had an appointment for install today, NFL Sunday ticket and all, took a day off then I get a no show... I call the customer service install number and I get the usual... out system is down and I cannot help you. Now my appointment is set for next week without my knowledge... I had to call to find out... what is going on here???

This place needs some help. The tech that came out was what I expected from DIRECTV. Very professional and clean install.
