rev:text	I have been using this cleaners for 3-4 years now.. I have always had great success with this place and the fact that they don't use harsh chemicals on my stuff is a major plus.. However recently it has been one issue after another and while the owner is very good about taking care of the issues his staff seems very young and very inexperienced with little to know follow up or empowerment to make decisions without involving the owner .. Most recently I had a great shirt that was a custom wool shirt that when returned was shrunk so bad that I could not wear it .. It took 3 days before I had to call the owner in order to get it remedied ... I agreed to take a $50, credit ( more then fair on my part ) and to have my current items which they weren't able to get the stains out waived free of charge .. To make things worse when I went in after about a week to pick up me redo items they only returned one and were adamant that they had already returned the other items .. I told them I hoped they were right but upon my return to my house it was evident that I had not received all my stuff .. I called them immediately to inform them and they told me they would get in touch with the owner .. I informed them that again I was being inconvenienced and that I needed this item for my up coming trip asap.. 2 days later with no call back I called them and surprise surprise they found my missing jkt.. still with a stain .. I was also really disappointed that the owner without asking decided to throw away my shrunken shirt .. I was expecting it back and would of repurposed it or given it to one of my younger family members since it was too small for me .. .. I want to point out that I do hope things turn around and that I will be given the opportunity to edit my post and say something positive in order to redeem my initial review because usually things are done correctly and accurately here .. overall satisfaction is at an all time low
