  • Got referred to Dr. Shannon. I'm in the healthcare field and it's amazing that all medical offices have the rudest and most compassionless office staff. They're completely indifferent and couldn't care less how long you wait, who you are, basic courtesy or anything. This office is no different. Old dingy office in the rough old medical section of town. Very inconvenient location, no parking, homeless people everywhere. I got a BUNCH of x-rays taken, even of things that were muscle pains, finally the doc, who was always in a big rush and threw rapid fire questions at me before I could even finish my answer, offered me a big ambiguous explanation that she has no idea what's wrong and it could be a myriad of things. Awesome. Aren't you a specialist? Came here a few more times, always super rude staff, slow as crap on the referrals and pre-auth's. Eventually, they send me to collections for the dozen or so xrays they took of things I didn't even want evaluated. Do not go here, ask for another referral.
