Update to my previous review:
Molly B. from AutoNation replied to my review with a stock response to call their General Manager to discuss ways to make the experience more positive. I called the number Thursday morning (4/21) and spoke with a receptionist who told me their General Manager was in a manager's meeting, so she took a message and told me he would call me back immediately after he got out. It's now Saturday (4/23) and I still haven't received a call back. Word of advice from someone who works in management: if you tell someone you're going to call them back, you had better call them back. Otherwise, you end up with someone like me who will post on Yelp and remind everyone that AutoNation doesn't care about their customers.
