  • Stay Away! My 75 year old mother hired Steve to do a small list of things, the only important one being replacing the flapper in her toilet tank. Steve went to Home Depot and FORGOT the flapper, so when he wrote up her invoice, he wrote needs a plumber. I guess he also forgot the had already admitted he forgot to buy the flapper. He said he could fix it without a new one. My mom went to check the toilet after he said it was fixed, and he literally RAN OUT OF HER HOUSE!!!! My mom called the company and said please send him back he did not fix my toilet and they told her that to send him back or someone else they were going to charge her $69!!!!! This company is a scam and I am going to report them for elder abuse.
