  • I had a free complementary ticket for a haircut, which my friend gave to me to use. They did a fabulous job with her hair, so I had to come check out the scene. When I first walked in, I was soothed by the pleasant, herbal odor that greeted me at the door. The receptionist got me settled in before my scheduled appointment. I was with Kelsey that day, and she made sure that I felt comfortable and relaxed with a gentle scalp massage after conditioning me off with a hot towel on my face and a facial cleansing. I told her that I wanted a trim to "straighten up" my hair and minimal cutting since I wanted to keep my hair long for the wedding. Even though I felt that my instructions were kind of vague, she did a great job and took the time to explain what she was doing. She topped it off with soft waves, which was fantastic. If I wasn't moving out of town soon, I would totally come back again.
