  • I don't normally shop at Giant Eagle anymore - My visit was only because I had to purchase Starbucks for a meeting. FYI - I feel their prices are way out of bounds and not a fan of the stale environment they created. Including the way customers contact them with issues. I would have liked to share a photo of their filthy restroom in Rocky River complete with toilet paper dispenser that has fallen off the wall and sitting on the floor surrounded in filth. Disgusting! Unfortunately their online contact system wont allow it. Either-way I waited until I got back to work for relief. The reason for the post is I'm fascinated their smoke screen of bright lights and high prices conceals a restroom fit for a service station on the turnpike.
