  • Nice store. Needs more clothing for big guys though. This location is a bit out of the way for me but it is a straight shot from where I live so I decided to stop in to see what they have in terms of waterproof jackets. Now I am a big guy, so I was hoping that Cabella's would have something that would fit me. Alas, they did not. There were hardly any jackets over a standard 2X and even in their Carhartt section, there was only one hooded jacket that would fit me. In fact, their Carhartt section left a lot to be desired. Hardly anything there in terms of jackets. I would expect a hiking store to only carry smaller size clothing, but Cabella's? That surprised me. No 3X anything in there that I saw. I would say that I understand why a lot of stores don't carry much "big" stuff, I get it. But I can't be the only person who's dealt with this before. I see plenty of guys bigger than me inside stores like Cabella's but I guess they buy their jackets elsewhere. The gal working that area saw me three times and didn't say a word. That was a little off-putting. but maybe she knew she couldn't help me if she wanted to. I will say that the parking, the store, and the different sections all look very nice. I have no complaints there. I would have loved to give them some business, but was not able to do so.
