  • I called Friday night (Black Friday sale) and I was stranded had lost my car and house keys. I wished I heard of them earlier, I wouldn't have been waiting for their pickup hours later but when I learned they transported people locally that they were reasonable than getting a taxi. Ellaine took my call and then less than 30 min later, the person she had to have pick me up was a Kevin and he was very nice and did what was asked. It made my day from a nightmare of the late afternoon into early evening till I called Black Label Transporter and my life seem to be back to normal. I was grateful they were available. Thanks Ellaine and Kevin!! KUDOS!!
