The Ycs format for you to select the content (meat, veggies, noodles) and then the sauce elements can seem intimidating to folks that are cooking challenged. The folks will be very happy to assist you with the selections. It is very easy and fast. They like you to load up your bowl (press it down with all your strength). The flat round cooking surfaces that they cook on are very hot....thus you food will be very hot. Your finished dish comes in a bowl, then to the small buffet for rice(Brown or white), soup, and crispy noodles. Do not let the size of the bowl fool you, if you have an extra moment watch the experts in front of you. My wife has never been one to eat Asian chow, we now visit YCs 2 times a week. We end up taking home half for a second meal.
