Solid little Vietnamese place. I stopped here for a quick bite to eat on my way home and needed something to go as I had a meeting to attend. As soon as I walked in, a woman quickly greeted me and I asked if they had any banh mi's. She said, yes, pork, which is exactly what I was craving. Perfect. She said she'd have it right out to go for me and they did. Seriously don't think it took 5 minutes. Got home, unwrapped my sandwich and chowed down. The bread was clearly fresh and had the perfect light crunch on the outside and soft middle like a truly fresh French bread should! The meat was flavorful and texture was perfectly soft. I love love love that they didn't skimp on the cilantro and carrots. Austin, TX needs to step up their banh mi game. Take note!
