Just started working in the area and figured I'd try it out. When ordering for delivery, the young woman didn't even bother to mention the $3 delivery fee, so I was a bit annoyed given the fact that it was also a $15 minimum order. Would've let it go, had my food been good. Tragically, that's not the case. The sandwich was subpar, at best. Definitely not a $9 sandwich. Then there's the fries...burned...call the manager, and all she bothered to say was "ok". Needless to say, I'm angry about having spent $20 on a terrible lunch, then to have the manager act like it's pretty much standard practice. How is this place still open if that's the type of service to be expected? I'll be walking to blimpie when I want a sub for lunch from now on, and spend half the money on better food.
