  • We toured this apartment 2x! We fell in love with it the first time,(minus the vinyl floors) but we wanted to make sure we looked at all of our options! The staff was great! There was someone filling in from a sister community & one girl being trained. Both ladies were great! After touring approximately 8 apartments we found a contender. We decided to tour Symphony one last time! Kevin was friendly & helpful! He answered EVERY single question we had! He was patient and reassuring! Even in the middle of his busy day. Let me tell you why we decided to lease with Symphony. The location is Great! It is close to everything! The pool is wonderful! I loved the kids water area! I can see my niece and nephew playing there! The gym has everything we want & I'm already envisioning family BBQing at the cabana! The grounds are well kept. Our unit has a lot of shade! (= less electricity! $$) everything inside is upgraded, which I love. The one thing I don't care for is the vinyl wood looking floors. Maybe those will be upgraded down the road?? The covered parking is included! The washer and dryer look new! My husband and I were in a hurry to get into an apartment and Kevin did everything is his power to help get answers for us, & we appreciated that Very much! Overall, we are excited to be here!
