  • The staff seemed like they wanted to help, the only issue was there were 2 staff and about 15 people waiting to be served. I suggest that management review their scheduling and maybe put some more people on during busy times. I felt truly sorry for these poor staff who were clearly overworked and who were having to deal with some very angry customers for wait times when it obviously wasn't their fault.
