  • Everyone rates this place so well but I have had 2 bad experiences. The 1st experience was over a year ago when I finally let it go I decided to try again a few weeks back. Although my nail technician was AWESOME, her name is Tay, the rest of the experience was horrendous. The young guys "in charge" were literally transfixed by the basketball game that was on. The guy was friendly at first but as he was taking my gel polish off he was taking large 10 second pauses in between fingers to watch the tv. Then I was just sitting there with tin foil on my hands and I had to get up myself to get the gel colors because no one was paying attention. I had to remind the guy twice after my manicure that I wanted my eyebrows waxed (which I told him when I first walked in) and I still had to wait 10 minutes after the manicure to get my brows done because he forgot. Never again. It's a shame this place gets sooooo much business. There are many other places that need more business that are more customer oriented.
