  • So far, not super impressed with this school. My husband has been attended UTI since 2011 at the Sacramento campus and overall has learned a lot from his courses. Since we moved to Arizona in February of this year, this school has been a lot of problems. He has recieved multiple emails saying he needs to come in to sign paper work for the school so they can process his payments through the VA and every time he goes in they say they have no idea why he got the email. At the beginning of May we went in together to sign papers before his 3 week break, we arrived at 11:40 and waited to be seen. The lady we spoke with said we won't be able to get it done because they close early for a meeting at 12.So I said it was good that we got there 20 minutes early and we wouldn't be waiting an additional hour to sign papers when we were on time in the first place. Well, we have yet to receive a payment since the beginning of May and my husband went in an hour early today to get things figured out and was told that he can't be seen because the school is doing paperwork. Maybe this school needs to schedule paperwork and meetings on a set day so it stops interfering with students who need help. It is beyond irritating taking time out of our days to try to get things done with the school whose priorities are not the students...which make no sense because we are the ones who keep the school open with the buckets of money we pay you every month. Just saying.
