I was pretty disappointed with the job- it was supposed to be 2 hours but the person who came basically cleaned around my couch, didn't dust.
THEN, Handy continued to schedule me for cleaning appointments despite me cancelling my account. I had to cancel my account THREE different times before they stopped texting me that someone was coming to my house. Waste of time and money.
REPLY TO LAURA'S COMMENT BELOW (I can't figure out how to just reply to it normally): I did call- my first two cancellations were over the phone. The third time I was frustrated and just used the instant messaging service on your website to talk to an agent- weirdly, that seems to have been the one that worked.
